Two days of workshops and seminars! TRAM will have three tracks of workshops:

1. Crew Leaders/Installers

2. Management/Back Office

3. Project Management/Sales Consultants 

We begin our conference with the Monday Night Kick-Off. Then we kick in with Tuesday’s workshops and seminars addressing how to take innovative ideas, develop solutions, and execute these solutions. Innovation is all about execution.  Tuesday evening activities of food, drinks, camaraderie, and a Casino Night. Wednesday we start again with a little coffee, shake off the cobwebs, and continue with innovation and execution workshops and seminars. We’ll have lunch and finish the day touring the Wacker Neuson Factory.
